HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales software that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers.
If you are currently subscribed to HubSpot’s Marketing Basic or a higher plan, you can easily sync call leads from your tracking numbers to your HubSpot account. This will let you view your leads and manage call conversions in your HubSpot account.
When integrated with HubSpot, Call Sumo will be able to create a new contact for each caller and include all the valuable information around the source of the call and all the website visitor information around the call.
Since HubSpot requires all contacts to have an email address, Call Sumo will only be able to capture email addresses when the premium caller id is turned on and when they are available. When an email address is not present, Call Sumo will automatically create an email address for the contact. The email address is going to be the caller's (phone number)@hubspot.com ie firstname.lastname@example.org.
